Tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax. We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet. Return Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your order!
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. See below for additional information regarding our return policy. Hottie and Lord will credit your account in the original method of payment. A Returns & Exchanges form and a pre-paid return label are provided in every order. At this time, offers FedEx return labels for domestic return addresses only.

NOTE: The customer is required to pay the shipping fee on return orders sent from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outside the United States. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error. Upon receipt of returned goods, Hottie and Lord reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.

Gift Returns
Merchandise received as a gift that was purchased at Hottie + Lord may be exchanged for a Hottie and Lord Gift Card within 14 days. A Returns & Exchanges form with instructions will be enclosed in your order. If you do not have the form, please contact us.

Hottie and Lord Gift Cards
Returning an Item Purchased with a Hottie and Lord gift card. Our standard return policy applies to any merchandise purchased with a Hottie and Lord gift card. We will issue a new gift card for the amount used on the original purchase and send it to the shipping address on the original order.

If you used a credit card in addition to a Hottie and Lord gift card to pay for your order, we will credit your card the amount originally charged and issue a new gift card in the amount used on the original purchase. In either case, you will receive your new gift card within two weeks of processing your return.

All orders received by 1:00 PM PST will be shipped out on the same day via FedEx. Orders received after 1:00 PM PST will be sent out on the next business day and a tracking number will be sent to the provided email address. You can also access and track all orders on your account profile on our website. In the event that we processed an order incorrectly, we will gladly replace the item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Hottie and Lord will provide a prepaid UPS or USPS shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the U.S. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact us. Hottie and Lord customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Hottie and Lord is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.

Hottie and Lord ships worldwide with DHL express service. Items ordered before 1:00 PM PST will be processed on the same business day. A. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. In the event that we have to cancel your order because of an error, or because the merchandise you selected is out of stock, we will notify you by phone or with a follow-up email.
